Based in Westchester, HN was born out of our passion for healthy eating, clean living, fitness and our desire to help people. As your WHOLISITIC health coaches, we listen to you, help you navigate through the conflicting world of health and nutrition advice and create a plan that will fuel your body and soul.
We are WHOLISTIC Health Coaches who know a thing or two about nutrition, exercise and living with intention. Our combined expertise, certifications and lifetime careers in nutrition, strength training and movement science keeps us on the cutting edge of promoting health and longevity. We are super excited to share our knowledge and passion with you.
