In honor of Heart Health Month, we want to remind you to LOVE your heart, LOVE yourself, LOVE your world, LOVE your body!


LOVE Smoothie

Get your heart healthy vegetables, cocoa, and fruit in one delicious package


  • 1/2 banana

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries or raspberries

  • 1/4 cup frozen beet chunks or cooked beets

  • 1 tablespoon flax meal

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

  • 1/2 small cucumber

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 2 tablespoons nut butter or favorite protein or collagen powder

  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup nut milk or water


Blend until smooth and serve with cocoa nibs and coconut flakes or as desired!
